Beloved husband and best friend of Linda Bernhardt for 24 years. Son of Shirley and the late Samuel Gingrich. Brother of Edie. Father of Toby Radcliff and Cathleen Franco. Also survived by several grandchildren and his golfing and fishing buddies.
